Background
This dashboard aiming to transform manual reporting into a centralized, data-driven visualization tool that provides clearer insights into employee performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Working as part of a two-person team, I was responsible for collecting data through interviews and online surveys, validating dataset reliability, performing exploratory data analysis, and building automated visualizations using Power BI, supported by multiple statistical summaries and interactive display techniques.
Key Features
The dashboard integrated automated KPI calculations, dynamic charts of score evaluation, filterable views, and real time visual updates, offering HR leaders a comprehensive overview of employee performance trends, departmental comparisons, and organizational metrics through an intuitive and professional interface.
Result
The project delivered the department’s first automated analytic tool, significantly improving reporting efficiency and insight clarity, and received strong positive feedback from the Head of Human Resources for its impact, usability, and overall quality.
