Background
This dashboard focused on interactive customer satisfaction level for The Life Hotel, aiming to provide the customer experience department with a clear, data driven understanding of guest feedback and service quality through visualized key indicators.
Responsibilities
As an individually executed project, I collected and validated customer feedback data, performed exploratory data analysis, and designed the dashboard structure while implementing automated visualizations using Power BI to ensure accurate and real time updates.
Key Features
The dashboard delivered insights into guest satisfaction scores, service performance metrics, trend analysis, and feedback distribution, packaged in a user friendly and interactive interface that helped the hotel monitor and evaluate guest experience more effectively.
Result
The Life Hotel adopted this tool as its first customer experience dashboard and expressed strong satisfaction with its impact, clarity, and usability. The dashboard’s structure and insights became the foundation for a new version later rebuilt in Looker, enabling the hotel to continue leveraging the improved analytics framework for more mature, data driven decision making.
