Background
CPERP focused on modernizing BISI Group’s core operations by implementing an end-to-end ERP system capable of managing logistics, procurement, inventory, sales and distribution in one integrated platform.
Responsibilities
I led the full-cycle ERP implementation using iDempiere, working closely with finance, accounting, logistics, and operations teams to translate business workflows into system logic, while overseeing configuration, process mapping, SQL customization, and cross-functional alignment throughout the deployment.
Key Features
The system delivered a complete logistics suite covering procurement flows, real-time inventory control, sales and distribution automation, and unified after-sales handling, all designed to streamline data accuracy and cross-department operational transparency.
Result
The ERP implementation significantly improved process efficiency across divisions, reduced manual reconciliation between departments, and established a centralized, reliable operational data environment for the organization.
